How To Choose And Match The Perfect Eye Shadows With The Color Of Your Eye
Finding the right shade for your eye shadows isn’t always as easy as it seems. It’s true that every season has its best shades but it doesn’t always suits everyone. The appropriate shade of the eyeshadows should be considered carefully with a few factors: the color of your clothes your natural skin tone, the color of your
hair and of course with the color of your eyes.
The perfect eyeshadow colors for blue eyes
The best shades for those women with blue eyes are: orange, pink, blue, brown, violet, white, toffee, caramel and silver, gold If you add a bit of a peachy blush and a lighter lip gloss the effect will be glamorous. If your eyes are blue you should avoid applying eye shadows with green or red hues.
The perfect eyeshadows shades for green eyes
If your eyes are green your best choice will be eyeshadows in peachy or pinky shades. The best shades for green eyes: copper, burgundy, fuchsia, rust shades as well as light golds, apricot, yellow greens, deep greens, purples, plums, and lavender shades. To achieve the best look use lipstick in darker shades or deep red. Avoid applying eyeshadows in blue shades and don’t forget to emphasize your eyes with a brown eyeliner and black mascara.
The perfect eyeshadows shades for brown eyes
Those women with brown eyes are lucky - they can wear almost all shades. The best shades for brown eyes: beige, toffee, fawn, chocolate, white, dark brownIf your eyes are brown you should highlight them with black or brown eye pencil or liquid eyeliner.
Useful Beauty Tips:
Don’t be afraid to experiment with your eye shadow color.
Never apply eye shadow if there is an infection present, if your eyes are watery or if they are feeling sensitive.
If your eyes are blue your best choice will be a darker shade than your eye color as it will make your eyes really blue.
Before applying your eye makeup comb your brows up and across with a special brow brush or with the help of a toothbrush.
Remember the golden rule: if you accentuate your eyes keep your lips as natural as possible and vice versa.
If you are going to use powder eye shadows apply them with the help of a damp makeup brush.
Blend the colors very carefully using a soft, tapered eyeshadow brush.
Always use eyeshadows of good quality as they stay for longer, do not crease, flake or fade.
Always remove your makeup in the evening with a mild makeup remover.
Eye shadows come in different types, textures and shades. There are liquid eyeshadows, eye shadow pencil, cream shadows, loose and pressed powder eye shadows.

Perfume
Choosing what perfume to wear can be complicated and confusing. Your fragrance can say a lot about who you are- whether you are a shy romantic or the life of the party. Some women choose a signature sense and wear it regularly, no matter what the occasion or season of the year. Other women prefer to have an assortment of choices in their perfume collection and they choose a particular scent according to their mood, the occasion or just on a whim. There are no hard and fast rules regarding perfumes, but some fragrances are more suitable to particular occasions than others are.
One way to begin the process of choosing a new perfume is to consider the season of the year. Perfumes react to the environment and will behave differently according to the time of year.
Summer Perfumes
• In the hot summer weather, your perfume will evaporate quickly. You can counteract this by choosing a light, airy fragrance and applying it more often. Summertime is perfect for light florals or citrus scents. Stay away from anything too heavy or overpowering in the summertime. Those types of scents are better suited to winter wear.
Winter Wear
• Cold winter air will cause your perfume to react in the opposite manner- it will cling longer and evaporate more slowly. Winter is a perfect time to choose a richer, fuller fragrance. It will develop more slowly and last much longer than the same perfume will when worn on a hot day. Warmer, intimate scents like musk and deep, rich spicy tones are the perfect addition to a winter wardrobe.
Springtime is in the Air
• Spring and autumn are transitional seasons and your perfume should reflect that. In the spring, we are surrounded with reminders of new life bursting forth and perfumes can join in this celebration. Try choosing a light floral or tangy citrus scent to express the joy of this season.
Autumn Aromas
• In the autumn, life begins to settle down and the long, beautiful evenings are a time to reflect and relax. This is the perfect time to begin the transition between the light summer perfumes and the deeper richer aromas of wintertime wear. Perfumes with a light undercurrent of spice or cinnamon are perfect for the fall. You can increase the intensity of the fragrance as the weather turns colder.
Match Your Perfume to the Occasion
You can also match your perfume choice to the occasion. No matter what you are doing, a light scent of a beautiful perfume can enhance the impression you leave with those around you.
In the Office
• For everyday office wear, stick to a sophisticated, yet light scents. Florals and fruity aromas work well, but choose lighter intensities and use a light hand when you apply them. Many people have strong sensitivities and allergies to perfumes and in an office setting; the combination of many different perfumes can lead to headaches or nausea.
Date Night Fragrances
• When it’s time to go out on the town or on that special date, Orientals and woodsy perfumes add an air of mystery and seduction. Speaking of seductive scents, scientists have shown that scents with a base of vanilla, basil or cinnamon have a more seductive draw than heavier musks.
Calming Perfumes
• For those times when you want to relax and stay calm, lavender and vanilla bases bring serenity and tranquility to the forefront of your emotions.
Weddings and Celebrations
• Weddings and other celebratory ceremonies are perfect occasions to wear your favorite florals. Again, however, remember that there will be many women present, all wearing different scents.
Go easy on the perfume and reapply a light spritz more often.
Perfumes are a fun way to express yourself and your mood. You can wear your favorites whenever you like, but by considering these tips, you can match your fragrance to the season or the occasion with a little more ease.

Hand Treatments
Today we are talking about hands, Hands are a very important and often the most abused body part on the human body. So I want to share some tips for helping them look and feel better.
*Soften your hands while you do dishes. Add about a teaspoon of almond oil to dishwater. The almond oil softens and seals in moisture.
*slough off dead skin with a mixture of sea salt and lemon. Brush it on with an old toothbrush. Do this twice a week to soften hands and remove discoloration.
*Warm a cup of milk in the microwave for thirty seconds or until warm, but comfortable to the touch. Soak hands for five minutes to strengthen nails and hydrate skin. Milk is not only loaded with Lactic acid, an natural alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates dead skin, but the high calcium content will strengthen brittle nails.
So I hope these tips will help you to pamper your hands just a little bit.

At Home Highlights
Alot of people want to have that sun-streaked look this time of year. Well to go to a salon can cost a fortune. Well why not do it at home with these tips it makes it a cinch:
1. Style your hair first
Always apply highlights to dry hair and make sure your hair is styled the way you would wear it normally. This way you can see just where to put the highlights so the complement your hairstyle.
2. Color outside the lines
Highlights don't have to be perfect, make some strands thicker, and some take to the root while others stop before reaching the bottom
3. Practice with Hair Conditioner
Before putting the bleach in your hair apply some conditioner on the applicator and practice making a few fake highlights just to get the hang of it. Be sure to work on areas where you don't plan on placing real highlights and once you get the hang of it then apply the bleach.
Also remember to test a small area before doing a large area. (you don't want to end up with orange hair stripes!!!) And follow the instructions on the box as well.
Take it from me I am a long time at home hair dye person and it can be rewarding, However if you do one step wrong it can make for dire results. (lol purple hair in Jr High is just not fun)
I hope you all enjoy the tips I share. Please feel free to leave a comment and for those that have thanks so much it helps me to know what you like and don't like.

Beauty Survival Kits
Ok Ladies today we are going to help you set up your own beauty Survival kit.
Any where you travel your going to want to have some basic items with you.
Whether you are on vaction or just at home these items will come in handy. At the very least you should have:
Clear lipstick or chapstick:
Just for those moment when that sudden kiss may come up, You don't want him kissing rough lips do you?
Dental floss and toothpick:
A single strand of dental floss coiled up and tucked away can really save you from an embarassing moment.Nothing like leaning in for that big kiss and him seeing a chunk of broccoli stuck in your teeth.
Mini mouthwash:
Again is a life saver, just go to the bathroom after eating and swish with a little and away goes the smell of that liver and onions you just ate. Ha Ha Ha
Mini trial size perfume:
Freshen up anytime by carrying a miniture purse-sized perfume with you. Leave your mark with your scent.
Mini bottle Hairspray or gel:
If you need to make a quick fix, or touch up.
Visine:
Did you know that visine not only remove the red from your eyes but a drop on a red blemish can remove the red from it making it easier to conceal under foundation. A concealer stick is also not a bad idea to have with you for this purpose.
Tissues:
you never know when allergies might strike, or a heart touching moment might start the tears flowing.
Mini bottle of lotion:
just to make hands touchably soft, and in dire times a small amount can be used to smooth fly aways and cowlicks.
These are some suggestions I got from glam magazine. I want to however add some of my own suggestions to this list
Mini bottle of hand sanitizer:
You never know what is on the things you touch and you can't always run to the bathroom.
A small bottle of sun block:
for when you unexpectedly find yourself out in the sun.
I hope you found this information useful and I will add more next time.
