Hand Treatments

Today we are talking about hands, Hands are a very important and often the most abused body part on the human body. So I want to share some tips for helping them look and feel better.

*Soften your hands while you do dishes. Add about a teaspoon of almond oil to dishwater. The almond oil softens and seals in moisture.

*slough off dead skin with a mixture of sea salt and lemon. Brush it on with an old toothbrush. Do this twice a week to soften hands and remove discoloration.

*Warm a cup of milk in the microwave for thirty seconds or until warm, but comfortable to the touch. Soak hands for five minutes to strengthen nails and hydrate skin. Milk is not only loaded with Lactic acid, an natural alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates dead skin, but the high calcium content will strengthen brittle nails.

So I hope these tips will help you to pamper your hands just a little bit.
